Navigate to https://www.multitracks.com/

Click "Setlists"

Select the service you want to work on.

Click "Edit Setlist"
5.
Click on the first song name
You will need to do this for each song.

Click "1" For ProPresenter Presentation Number
This tells Multitrack that this song will be in the first playlist on ProPresenter.
7.
Select the order number of this song.
This tells Multitrack the order that this song will be. Each item on the order of service in Planning Center is used to determine what number this should be.
As of 7/31/2026:
Chapel uses 4, 7, 8, 12
Sanctuary uses 5, 8, 9, 13

Click "UPDATE"

Repeat step 5-8 for each song
10.
Click "Save to Cloud"

Type in what the change was, updated ProPresenter settings
12.
Type in "Updated ProPresenter Settings"then, Click "Save to Cloud"
